Join Rose for kids yoga adventures, story telling, partner work, breathing time and games! Each week we will be practicing our yoga with different themes that are fun and educational for the children. In this non-competitive environment we allow children to express themselves fully, and to develop focus, calmness and self love and to connect with other like minded children!
 
Rose has been teaching yoga for kids in New Zealand and Portugal and is now starting a new adventure here in Byron bay!

When: 8 week term, starting 2nd Aug and finishing 20th Sept. Thursdays 4.00 - 4.45pm. 

Ages: 5 - 9 years

Where: Bamboo Yoga School, Byron Bay
